Appreciation

Offering your self some love doesn’t have to be just one day a year. By appreciating ourselves and giving the attention we need we are able to have open hearts to love others as well. Until we love ourselves truly we will be unable to lover others fully.

Self-love can be giving yourself a compliment, taking a nap, or resting in a restorative yoga posture. No matter what it is practice it will love and appreciation in your heart.
