Private Sessions:

Deepen your yoga practice with personalized attention in the privacy of your own home. Reduce stress and anxiety with asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. Private classes can benefit those searching for a new approach to weight loss, recovering from injuries, battling disease, going through a difficult time in life, or looking for a compassionate way to deepen their practice.

Rates:
1 session = $125
6 sessions = $690

Semi-Private Sessions:

You and a friend can enjoy the care and attention of a compassionate guide in the privacy of your own home. Semi-private classes help you each become the other’s teacher to keep you motivated and deepen your practice. Enjoy all the benefits of a private class with a friend or loved one!

Rates:
1 session = $80 per person
6 sessions = $420 per person
