Women’s Health Private Sessions:

The principles of yoga are applied to the specific needs of the individual woman in a one-on-one setting. Using asana (postures), pranyama (breathing techniques), and meditation to guide your body and mind into a place of balance. These sessions are for women who are looking for overall woman’s health and balance through yoga, pre-natal and post-natal, and those who are struggling with menstrual concerns.
