Rather than go through all of this on your own, partner with Liza Laird. Bridal Bliss sessions help you stay true to yourself and the man you love as well as stick to your goals of weight loss, self-love, and putting on a kick ass wedding!
Monthly rates include unlimited private sessions, coaching calls, and access to the online yoga studio.

Women’s Health Private Sessions:
The principles of yoga are applied to the specific needs of the individual woman in a one-on-one setting. Using asana (postures), pranyama (breathing techniques), and meditation to guide your body and mind into a place of balance. These sessions are for women who are looking for overall woman’s health and balance through yoga, pre-natal and post-natal, and those who are struggling with menstrual concerns.
